Hitachi EX2500 Bucket Repair

This HITACHI EX2500 bucket came to us after a long campaign completely worn out after being pushed to the limit in some of Australia’s toughest conditions. With Razorback Construction’s state of the art remodelling technology we were able to completely modify the characteristics of the attachment giving it some fantastic new features.

Innovating in Mining and Earth Moving

With Razorback Construction’s bucket repair team applying both elbow grease and high tech remodelling tools this attachment was upgraded with a new 1 piece Cast Lip for increased penetration and decreased drag. The Razorback team also reduced the overall weight of the Bucket making it half a tonne lighter for increased efficiency as well as increasing the bucket’s overall cubic capacity by ½ m³. To finish the repair off we designed and installed a Razorback streamline weld overlay wear package for increased production and decreased onsite maintenance saving both future time, money and stress for the client.  Another fantastic project completed by the Razorback crew.
